Kaiser Time and LGI Network Team up to Introduce Time Tracker
New York, NY-Maintaining its position as an innovator, Kaiser Time has teamed up with the LGI Network in order to introduce revolutionary management information into the fine jewelry and watch industry. LGI Network's Time Tracker ™ service integrates data from retailers representing over 3,000 retail jewelry stores across the country (including over 75% of the leading jewelry chains in the country). LGI applies sophisticated modeling techniques that transform this data into "market intelligence". Users of the Time Tracker service will be able to eliminate much of the guess work that has historically taken place on the part of retailers and brands. The data aids retailers in any number of ways, including highlighting opportunities to improve inventory turnover by identifying product trends and by flagging slow turning models; allowing retailers to benchmark performance to other retailers; and assisting retailers in making big investment decisions such as whether to take on a new line or to implement space build out and renovation programs. Manufacturers and distributors can utilize LGI Network's information to improve performance in new product development, sales and distribution, forecasting and production planning, and in establishing the cost-effectiveness of advertising and promotion expenditures. "LGI Network is providing a critical service that will revolutionize the way decisions are made in this industry, leading to the financial success of individual businesses, and our retail category as a whole," notes Steven Kaiser, President of Kaiser Time. "Kaiser Time is thrilled to team up with LGI Network and provide them with the additional knowledge necessary for their continued growth and success." "With the exception of the jewelry and watch category, over the past 25 years, retail measurement information services have developed serving nearly every consumer products category. With the anticipated launch of the Time Tracker in the 4th quarter of this year, the jewelry and watch industry will have access to this powerful information for the first time," explained Fred Levin, President of LGI Network. "Steve Kaiser is among a handful of people that understands the landscape of the industry, as well as the vast financial impact that fact-based decision making can have on the industry. We are extremely excited about the prospects of collaborating with Kaiser Time as we launch Time Tracker into the industry later this year" Media Contact: Michelle Orman - (212) 924-5588 Michelle@LupRocks.com |
